Hey everyone, I'm Zach Brown! No necessary nicknames, just me.

I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I was born in Washington DC and spent the first part of my life in Dale City, Virginia. We moved here when I was six and I've lived in this city for 12 years. I'm 18 and I just graduated high school. My heart is for the people of this earth, and my life belongs to Jesus the Christ.

Work has been scattered for me. I used to teach drum lessons and I worked part time for a heating and cooling installation company. I now work part time for my parents' company, Crystal Creek Music. I also play in a couple local bands (one is pop-punk and the other is folk) which brings in a little money as well. I am taking a gap year before college which will consist of the Uganda trip and then of moving to Denver with some friends. I then hope to attend Seattle Pacific University in the fall of 2012. 

I am so excited for Uganda!! Serving people in need is my utmost passion and I am so thankful God gives us this opportunity to love his people in this hurting African country. I have gone on three missions trips to Russia and served in an orphanage there. I have also spent a fair amount of time among the homeless in my city and done Gods work there. I've had my ups and downs in life but God has always been faithful and patient. He has blessed me with the opportunity of a lifetime and I am so thankful. I can hardly wait to be in Uganda and may God's Will be done there. See you all in September!
